How ordering and payment work

1. Get an instant all-in price: use the form on this page, the MCP tools, or POST a list to /rfq. Prices are in SGD and include 9% GST and delivery anywhere in Singapore.
2. Request a firm quote: call request_quote (one item or a whole list), or email the list with quantities and your deadline. Lines without an instant price are quoted by hand, usually the same business day.
3. Approve and pay: the firm quote confirms stock, price and the ready-by date. Pay by PayNow to the company's UEN, or a payment link from a licensed payment provider in the company's name. We never ask for card numbers through this server, chat, or email.
4. Delivery: to your office or venue anywhere in Singapore, included in the price. No charge until you approve a firm quote (and, for print, the artwork proof). Full refund if we miss the confirmed ready-by date, or if you cancel before production starts.
